Job description :
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the overall design of laser radar, telescopes, and subsequent spectroscopic systems in sub fields such as atmospheric remote sensing, environmental monitoring, and remote sensing mapping. Proficient in the design of Cassegrain type, Newtonian type, and other reflective or refractive telescopes, with the ability to design multiple subsequent spectroscopic systems such as efficient coupling spectroscopy, F-P standard tools, interferometers, grating spectroscopy, and high-precision filter spectroscopy;
2. Responsible for conducting research on cutting-edge technologies in the atmospheric detection lidar industry, evaluating feasible technical routes, and designing overall plans, as well as introducing and developing advanced technologies both domestically and internationally;
3. Responsible for tracing and locating abnormal issues in various radar systems, collaborating with professional teams such as hardware and algorithms to tackle difficult problems;
4. Responsible for conducting product technology research, patent research, and competitive design and planning at the technical level for competing companies;
5. Responsible for product system construction, debugging, and technical integration to ensure that the product meets design expectations;
6. Closely communicate with customers and business departments in combination with the application of business scenarios to ensure progressiveness technology and market foresight.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Hold a doctoral degree or above, with a focus on optical engineering. Possess knowledge in system design, geometric optics design, optical technology, and structural design. Both current and current doctoral students are welcome to apply;
2. Has undertaken the design, prototype construction, technical research and development, and product implementation of atmospheric detection lidar projects, and has the ability to independently solve problems;
3. Familiar with laser radar systems in the fields of meteorology and environmental protection, the application of cutting-edge optical technologies in laser radar, proficient in geometric optical design, precision equipment assembly and calibration processes, and performance testing and calibration methods;
4. Can independently simulate laser radar systems, design and model optical systems, trace and solve abnormal problems;
5. Proficient in using design software such as Zemax, Code V, Light Tools, TracePro, Matlab, etc;
6. Master professional technical copywriting skills.
