Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Collect and analyze the market development status involved in product planning based on laser cutting head product planning or planning, and provide a basis for product design and optimization.
2. Explore, research, and discover new technologies and application scenarios for laser cutting head products based on their development direction.
3. Lead the implementation of project management based on the planning or schedule of the product, ensuring the achievement of project objectives.
4. Execute the design work according to the project plan or contract requirements to ensure timely completion of the project or contract.
5. Provide technical support related to the product or project based on its requirements, to facilitate the smooth completion of the product and project.
6. According to the company’s technical data management regulations, write, organize, and archive technical documents for the products or projects to ensure the integrity of product and project technical data.
7. According to the company’s intellectual property management system and departmental plans, write and apply for relevant intellectual property rights (patents or software copyrights) for the products or projects to enhance the competitiveness of the products.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree, with at least 1 year of company experience or 3 years of professional experience in optical information;
2. Master the workflow of optical design and analysis;
3. Familiar with optical analysis theory, process, and specifications, proficient in optical component drawings and product optical path diagrams, familiar with optical processing technology, and familiar with optical component inspection standards.
4. Good optical research and development ability, good English reading ability, and good operational skills in optical analysis software, simulation software, structural software, and instrument equipment.
5. Experience in high-power cutting lens design, high-power galvanometer system design, micro lens array system design, and high-power welding lens design is preferred.
