Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Based on the overall strategic direction of the company, research results from the marketing department, and customer requirements, lead and guide the special testing R&D/production team to complete the development of clinical testing products, methodologies, technologies, and applications, ensuring project progress and completion according to quality requirements;
2. Responsible for assisting other departments of the company in completing the conversion of new products, technical support training, and market promotion work;
3. Undertake and participate in the development process of specific products, solve technical difficulties in the product development process, guide and assist in the smooth implementation of R&D projects;
4. Responsible for the application and management of platform related scientific research projects, undertaking and guiding the R&D team’s output of intellectual property such as papers and patents;
5. Responsible for optimizing and improving various management systems and processes within the department, and supervising their implementation; Responsible for the management, control, and confidentiality of departmental technical data;
6. Cooperate with the quality management department to complete the construction of the R&D quality system, and prepare quality documents at all levels according to the system requirements;
7. Responsible for the introduction, cultivation, and daily management of outstanding talents in the team, continuously enhancing the team’s technical development capabilities and competitiveness, and building an efficient and agile R&D technology team;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, major in genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, clinical medicine, medical laboratory related fields, etc., with more than 10 years of experience in biomedical product development or laboratory research, and more than 5 years of team management experience;
2. Proficient in tNGS, mNGS,qPCR、RT-qPCR、RT-LAMP、RPA、 Development of molecular detection kits such as second-generation sequencing library building reagents, including primer design, system optimization, etc; Familiar with the screening and performance evaluation methods of core raw materials for molecular reagents; Having a solid theoretical foundation and experience in developing clinical genetic testing products such as high-throughput sequencing and liquid biopsy, as well as experience in developing large-scale health products or collaborating with pharmaceutical companies would be preferable
3. Familiar with the molecular detection reagent industry, including but not limited to IVD, domestic and international development in scientific research fields, and market applications and research and development trends of related products;
4. Having strong management skills, logical thinking ability, and pressure bearing ability, as well as self motivation, and a passion for research and development work.
5. Having innovative consciousness, strong team cooperation awareness, professional dedication and ethics, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, rigorous and meticulous work;
6. Proficient in operating office software.
