Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for following up and promoting various technological innovation work such as technology projects, patents, papers, standards, etc. in the department every year;
2. Coordinate and arrange the application and selection of various awards by responsible departments and companies each year, as well as summarize the experience of advanced projects;
3. Responsible for researching and following up on various innovative technologies involved in the company’s business;
4. Assist in the daily management of the company’s innovation studio;
5. Responsible for organizing and carrying out external exchanges of scientific and technological talents between departments and the company.
Qualification requirements
1. Educational requirements. Doctoral degree;
2. Professional requirements. Electrical, new energy, DC, intelligent microgrid and other related majors;
3. Qualification requirements. Possess intermediate or above professional and technical titles;
4. Performance requirements. The performance evaluation results in the past 3 years have been competent (B) or above.
Job requirements
1. Work experience. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in scientific and technological innovation in the fields of new energy, comprehensive energy, intelligent microgrids, etc;
2. Professional knowledge. Familiar with the process of technology innovation application and patent application. Priority will be given to those who have obtained scientific and technological innovation achievements such as patents, papers, and awards in the fields of new energy, comprehensive energy, and intelligent microgrids;
3. Skills and abilities. Proficient in operating OFFICE software (such as PPT and WORD file editing), possessing good organizational and coordination skills, as well as language and written expression abilities. Strong learning ability and innovative research ability; Proficient in using various office software;
4. Other requirements. Possess good political qualities and conduct, strong principles and sense of responsibility, good at learning, careful and down-to-earth, and have no violations or disciplinary actions; Can accept frequent business trips from all over the country.
