Mentor Introduction:
Hao Yufeng, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nanjing University. Selected by the National Talent Plan, recipient of the Jiangsu Outstanding Youth Fund, Jiangsu Double Innovation Talent, core talent of Jiangsu Double Innovation Team, and training target of Jiangsu Province’s “333 High level Talent Training Project” (young and middle-aged leading talents). I have conducted research at the National University of Singapore, the University of Texas at Austin, and Columbia University in the United States. The main directions are the growth of two-dimensional materials, micro nano processing, and optoelectronic devices. As the first or corresponding author, he has published over 100 articles in journals such as Science, Nature nanotechnology, Science Advances, and Advanced Materials, with more than 14000 citations and an H-factor of 49. Hosted key special projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology on “Quantum Control and Quantum Information”, general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and key research and development plans of Jiangsu Province. Serving as a scientist, Reviewer for over 30 internationally renowned journals, including Nature Materials, Nature Communications, Nano Letters, and Advanced Materials.
Team Introduction:
Our research group has established a complete set of experimental equipment and technical system for two-dimensional material preparation, analysis and characterization, micro nano processing, and device testing. We have independently designed and built the first set of MOCVD equipment system for two-dimensional semiconductor material growth in China. At present, our team’s equipment also includes multiple CVD furnaces, scanning electron microscopes, electron beam exposure systems, electron beam evaporation systems, glove box type two-dimensional material processing transfer platforms, Raman/fluorescence spectrometers, atomic force microscopes, optical microscopes, electrical measurement probe stations, low-temperature strong magnetic field electrical transport measurement systems, etc. In addition, in combination with the public platform of the State Key Laboratory of Solid Microstructure Physics, it provides sufficient hardware support for completing all research topics of the team.

Research directions (including but not limited to the following):
(1) MOCVD preparation of two-dimensional materials (elemental elements, chalcogenides, etc.) with wafer size;
(2) Transfer of two-dimensional materials, construction of van der Waals heterojunctions, micro/nano fabrication of devices, etc;
(3) The application of two-dimensional material devices in fields such as photonics and electronics.
Qualification requirements for job application:
(1) Having obtained or about to obtain a doctoral degree (required before admission).
(2) Having a background in materials science, physics, or chemistry, and having published 1-3 high-quality research papers as the first author in international journals.
(3) Passionate about scientific research, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, rigorous scientific attitude and good communication skills, required to work full-time as a postdoctoral researcher.
(4) Experience in two-dimensional material research is preferred.
