Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Participate in the formulation of product and technology development strategic plans for the company’s industrial and automotive motors, and contribute to the establishment of product technology platforms that are in line with the company’s development;
2. Insight into the motor technology development trends of global competitors and enhance the competitiveness of the company’s motor products;
3. Responsible for the development of the company’s permanent magnet synchronous motor products, including industrial and automotive motors, understanding customer needs, controlling the entire process from solution to mass production, and being responsible for the competitiveness of the system solution;
4. Responsible for technical research and evaluation, and participating in technical consultations with overseas major clients;
Qualifications for the position.
1. Overseas work/study experience, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
2. PhD or above, with a background in motor and electromagnetic related fields;
3. More than three years of work experience in enterprises, with successful implementation of mass production plans.
