Job description ：
1. Research and development of basic technology for permanent magnet motors.
2. Complete electromagnetic calculations and research and development for new products, and continuously improve and optimize the electromagnetic solutions for old products.
3. Conduct motor performance simulation analysis and technical feasibility study.
4. Cooperate with structural designers to complete motor design, and cooperate with motor testers to complete motor testing work.
5. Summarize the experience of motor electromagnetic research and development, and continuously improve product performance.
