Job description ：
Job Responsibilities
1. Research on control algorithms for brushless DC motor BLDCM, permanent magnet synchronous motor PMSM, and induction motor IM;
2. Simulation analysis and testing verification of motor control system;
3. Maintenance, writing, and debugging of embedded software code for motor control;
4. Software hierarchical division and modular design;
5. Software testing, assisting or organizing overall testing of motor drive systems;
6. Software version control.
Job requirements
1. PhD degree, major in Electrical Machinery and Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.;
2. Proficient in the control principles of permanent magnet synchronous motors or induction motors, familiar with algorithms such as Sensorless, FOC, SVPWM, etc., able to independently develop and debug motor control algorithms;
3. Familiar with at least one mainstream MCU development application, proficient in Matlab/Simulink modeling and simulation methods;
4. Has good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and strong sense of responsibility.
