Job description.
1. Mastering the latest developments in molecular pathology technology can provide a good prediction of the future clinical application prospects of new technologies and provide suggestions for the future development planning of the molecular pathology discipline;
2. Based on clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines and consensus on the demand for molecular testing products, collaborate with bioinformatics and medical teams to develop annual R&D product upgrades and new product plans;
3. Responsible for completing the design, validation, process construction, and clinical production translation of annual molecular testing new products;
4. Can assist clients in fulfilling research needs and transforming research achievements.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Having a background in molecular biology/genetics or clinical medicine and obtaining a master’s/doctoral degree, with at least 5 years of work experience in high-throughput sequencing, molecular biology, and bioinformatics;
2. Having independent research and development experience in molecular pathology new technologies, especially in high-throughput research and project management; Experience in research and development at leading tumor detection companies in the domestic and international industries is preferred;
3. Have good communication, coordination, and management skills, as well as strong learning, understanding, judgment, and analysis abilities;
4. Serious and responsible in work, proactive, with strong work enthusiasm, communication skills, and team spirit.
