Job description ：
Duty.
1. Lead and manage scientific research and technological innovation of products.
(1) As an expert in science and technology for the company, provide consultation and advice on science and technology to support the company’s strategic decisions.
(2) By analyzing market and industry trends, as well as the company’s strategic goals, develop long-term and short-term plans for product technology development.
(3) Drive product innovation, including strategic planning, process establishment, project management, etc., to ensure the company’s industry position.
2. Establishing partnerships and increasing industry visibility
(1) Carry out cooperation and exchanges with domestic and foreign research institutions and universities to ensure the continuous iteration of technology.
(2) Participate in domestic and international academic conferences and industry events to enhance the company’s visibility and influence within the industry.
(3) Collaborate with internal partners such as sales, marketing, production operations, etc. to ensure that product and technology development are aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
(4) As a technical expert in the company, participate in communication and exchange with customers or partners, and complete the systematic development of products.
(5) As a technical expert in the company, actively introduce industry cooperation resources to accelerate product and technology development progress.
3. Technical reserves and process development
(1) Based on customer needs, research and explore the technical content and application scope of customized products, and design and organize technical reserves or project proposals according to the situation.
(2) Responsible for major scientific research projects of the company, organizing teams for product development, and ensuring that product development meets the requirements for product launch.
(3) Responsible for ensuring that the technical development and implementation of products comply with regulations and safety standards.
(4) Responsible for product conversion and mass production process development, ensuring that products can be industrialized.
Job requirements.
1. PhD or above. Major directions related to chemistry and materials;
2. More than 20 years of research and development experience, including no less than 10 years of experience in microsphere related research and development;
3. Fluent in English, able to communicate and write professionally without hindrance;
