Job description :
Duty.
1. Responsible for the design and simulation verification of diffractive optical waveguides, as well as the design and improvement of gratings in waveguides;
2. Assist in the processing and testing of optical waveguides, theoretically analyze the problems that arise during testing from the design level, and provide improvement methods. Promote the bonding work and tolerance analysis of waveguide design and template preparation;
3. Responsible for exploring the architecture of diffractive optical waveguides and evaluating the improvement of waveguide performance by new grating processes; Promote the establishment of joint design capabilities for optomechanics and waveguides;
4. Pay attention to the cutting-edge developments in micro nano optics such as Metasurface and HOE, and explore the feasible applications of micro nano optical devices in the field of new displays.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Master’s degree or above, major in optics, physics, mechanics, precision instruments, or related fields;
2. Familiar with principles of diffractive optics and geometric optics, with experience in designing diffractive optical waveguides, MetaSurface, or other DOE preferred;
3. Proficient in using any optical design software from Lighttools, Zemax, Virtuallab; Master at least one programming language such as Python or Matlab; Knowledge of common optimization algorithms, with research experience in topology optimization, evolutionary algorithms, deep learning, etc. preferred;
4. Knowledge of micro nano manufacturing processes such as Ebeam and nanoimprinting, as well as micro nano structure characterization equipment such as SEM and AFM, is preferred;
5. Strong comprehension ability, learning ability, and good English reading skills;
6. Strong teamwork spirit, communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and professional dedication.
