Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Mainly complete the development work of blue-green MicroLED chips assigned by superiors and carry out specific experiments;
2. Understand industry information and prepare for the development of blue-green MicroLED chips;
3. Conduct experiments on the process difficulties in the development of blue-green MicroLED chips, determine and continuously modify specific experimental methods;
4. Propose a list of manufacturing auxiliary tools and required equipment and instruments to be purchased, determine the raw materials required for the project, and identify suppliers;
5. Responsible for tracking pre production, guiding and supervising the entire production process, and promptly resolving any issues encountered during production.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, major in physics, semiconductor, optoelectronics or related fields;
2. Possess good logical reasoning ability, data analysis ability, communication skills, and written expression ability in both Chinese and English;
3. Proficient in using office software such as AUTOCAD and Office.
