1. Carry out cutting-edge research in the field of related materials, actively strive for national and provincial-level scientific research projects and topics;
2. Assist in completing the construction of the scientific and technological innovation team;
3. Guide young researchers in their research work, assist in improving and enhancing laboratory research and development capabilities;
4. Undertake scientific research tasks, play an innovative role, and write papers, patents, etc.
Requirement.
1. Having a background in electromagnetic fields, microwave, communication, electronics, and other related fields.
2. Research or work experience in microwave functional devices and full wave simulation is preferred.
3. Proficient in using at least one full wave electromagnetic simulation software, familiar with electromagnetic theory, and knowledgeable in computational electromagnetic algorithms.
4. Has strong teamwork spirit.
