Job description.
1. Mainly responsible for the processing of new MEMS devices, development of new processes, technology transfer and transformation, and collaborating on technical aspects such as device design, packaging, and testing;
2. Develop MEMS process plans and R&D schedules based on project and product definitions and specification requirements;
3. Coordinate and promote the development and optimization of MEMS processes, PVD、CVD、 Photolithography, dry/wet etching, etc.
4. Responsible for tracking the progress of MEMS process processing, design, and simulation, as well as coordinating with other departments;
5. Maintain close contact with contract manufacturers and strive to promote the MEMS production process from prototype to mass production
6. Analyze MEMS product data in production and engineering testing, verify changes in MEMS process flow, design and execute engineering tests to solve process problems or optimize process performance.
Job requirements.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in microelectronics, physics, semiconductor materials or related majors, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
2. Work experience in semiconductor or MEMS process production lines, Fab foundry work experience, and project management experience.
3. Familiar with the manufacturing process of semiconductor devices or MEMS devices, developers with experience in semiconductor device or MEMS device projects are preferred.
4. Familiar with semiconductor and MEMS testing, including automatic electrical testing, optical testing, failure analysis, and various types of testing.
5. For PVD CVD、 Those who have a full understanding of the working principles of semiconductor process equipment such as photolithography and dry/wet etching are preferred.
6. Have good communication and collaboration skills, a sense of responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork spirit.
