Job Responsibilities
1. Develop a key material development plan for membrane electrodes, develop slurry, CCM, and MEA preparation processes.
2. Develop testing and characterization plans for membrane electrodes as needed, analyze test results, and improve the plans. Testing and evaluation of the physical/chemical/electrochemical properties of membrane electrodes and their components
3. Develop a performance and lifespan testing plan for membrane electrode short stacks, promptly follow up on the membrane electrode testing process, and promptly solve any problems that may arise during the testing process
4. Coordinate with membrane electrode and various component suppliers, confirm the testing standards of both parties, and be responsible for the incoming inspection of components during the research and development stage.
5. Design membrane electrode structures according to different usage scenarios and verify the feasibility of membrane electrode structure design
6. Lead the construction and maintenance of related shelf technologies for membrane electrode platforms
Job requirements.
1) PhD or above, majoring in electrochemistry, physical chemistry, materials chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields.
2) Experience in simulating the performance of fuel cells or individual cells is preferred; Have a certain understanding of fuel cells, membrane electrode components, catalyst preparation, slurry development, membrane electrode preparation, etc.;
3) Strong execution ability, sense of responsibility, innovative thinking, and good communication skills；
