Job description.
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the annual technical project planning objectives of the group;
2. In response to important issues in development, screen and identify new technologies, evaluate whether they meet the company’s future development strategy needs and feasibility, and propose project proposals to develop feasible research results;
3. Responsible for formulating and implementing the basic goals and tasks of the projects and businesses under its jurisdiction, proposing task planning and annual plans, guiding, coordinating, and supervising the business work of the research team;
4. Responsible for managing the entire process of product project development, including project initiation, project progress control, process construction, clinical trials, etc; Responsible for project budgeting and cost control;
5. Daily management of the R&D department, including overall technical planning, training, division of labor, and guidance for R&D personnel.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree or above, major in medicine or related fields;
2. Have at least 2 years of work experience as a chief scientist, academic leader, or relevant position in a large pharmaceutical or medical device enterprise;
3. Have rich experience in drug and medical device research and development, registration, industrialization, and project management;
4. Strong adaptability, good at communication, able to accept challenges, and work under certain pressure;
