Job description :
Job Responsibilities.
1. Lead the technical support work for the company’s scientific research projects, responsible for academic follow-up of VIP clients and implementation of solutions;
2. Responsible for the medical positioning of the company’s clinical products and testing services, clinical translation and education, medical market promotion and other strategic work;
3. Responsible for planning and organizing medical conferences related to the company; Participate in major academic conferences at home and abroad, give academic presentations, obtain the latest developments in the industry, and provide medical market recommendations;
4. Responsible for interpreting company product related regulations and policies, collecting and interpreting competitor information, and providing feedback; Tracking and pushing cutting-edge medical information;
5. Write and review medical materials and marketing materials for company products; Assist clients in visiting and answering their medical questions; KOL medical opinion collection and feedback; Internal academic support and medical training work;
6. Responsible for the establishment and daily management of medical teams, organizing personnel training and team building, and building a good team atmosphere; According to the business development plan, propose the construction goals and annual work plan of the medical department, and organize their implementation.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, major in medicine, biology or related fields;
2. Having five years or more of medical related work experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, and in vitro diagnostic enterprises, with CRO work experience preferred, and more than 2 years of management experience;
3. Rich experience in academic maintenance and research services for KOLs; Have good skills in domestic and international reference literature retrieval, reading and writing;
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, project design and follow-up abilities; Strong sense of responsibility and customer service, excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong social activity ability, sensitive market awareness, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
