Job description.
Lead the medical team to carry out research and development related to traditional Chinese medicine, including but not limited to.
1. Analyze industry trends, collect relevant information, and develop medical strategies and plans for traditional Chinese medicine research and development;
2. Guided by clinical value, carry out medical evaluation work for the approval of new Chinese medicine drugs and formulate medical strategies for marketed Chinese medicine;
3. Develop clinical research and development strategies, write clinical research plans and other medical documents, conduct medical monitoring and support during clinical trials;
4. Participate in clinical protocol discussion and summary meetings, manage the analysis and interpretation of clinical trial data, and report clinical progress internally and externally;
5. Conduct external academic exchanges and communicate with medical and registration regulatory agencies, industry experts, major researchers, technical partners, collaborating units (such as CROs), and other clinical related institutions;
6. Responsible for providing medical support for products after their launch;
7. Responsible for the organization and capacity building of medical teams.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, major in clinical medicine or other medical related fields, experience in new drug development is preferred; Priority given to those with clinical work background;
2. More than 3 years of industry work experience, familiar with clinical trial processes, and familiar with the development and current status of clinical research at home and abroad;
3. Capable of independent thinking and problem-solving, with strong scientific logical thinking;
4. Have a positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and organizational communication abilities.
