Job description ：
Job responsibilities (for reference only, matched according to research direction).
1. Participate in the certification of R&D project requirements based on market and user needs, and develop a system plan for product implementation;
2. Participate in the establishment of new product standards, selection and optimization of production and testing equipment, etc;
3. Provide technical guidance to the production workshop and solve production process problems;
4. Participate in the team’s writing of various technical documents during the new product development process, ensuring that the process control documents comply with the R&D control process and relevant quality management standards;
5. Follow up on product prototype and assembly, and monitor the progress of mold processing; Responsible for product trial production and mass production follow-up, assisting the production department in proposing improvement plans for product processes;
6. Constructing a structural public platform, including drafting design technical specifications, standardizing components, verifying material substitution, conducting case studies, and applying for patents.
Job requirements.
1. PhD or above, major in mechanical engineering, automation or related fields;
