Job description ：
Duty.
1. Conduct research and study on specific topics in the fields of projection optics, actuators, MEMS, etc., and grasp the basic progress of scientific research and industry.
2. Develop key actuator modules for advancing projection systems. responsible for multi physics field simulation and failure analysis of actuators such as electromagnetic/piezoelectric/SMA drives, product performance testing and optimization.
3. Job responsibilities. Design and optimize new actuator or MEMS drive and control architectures, actuator drive and control algorithm schemes, experimentally verify actuator performance and reliability, track and analyze process manufacturing, assembly, optics, and other issues that arise during the trial production of new products, and develop targeted solutions.
4. Write relevant design and development documentation.
5. Analyze complex system problems with colleagues from different disciplines and design innovative and feasible technical solutions.
6. Other data collection and processing tasks related to optomechanics, as well as the development and maintenance of software tools.

Qualifications for the position.
1. Master’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, precision instruments, mechanics, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), physics or related fields;
2. Having a solid foundation in mathematics and mechanics. Proficient in using one or more finite element analysis software such as Comsol and Ansys, capable of independently completing electromagnetic and structural simulations, as well as failure analysis;
3. Proficient in using one or more 3D/2D design software such as Creo, Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc;
4. Proficient in using data processing software such as Python and Matlab;
5. Experience in MEMS actuator simulation design and process manufacturing is preferred;
6. Candidates with certain experience in optical path construction and optical experiments are preferred;
7. Experience in MCU programming, FPGA programming, or control system development is preferred;
8. Has strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, and communication and coordination skills, clear logical thinking, strong self motivation, goal oriented results, strong execution and stress resistance, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
