Job description.
1. Conduct research, development, and verification of cutting-edge technologies, common technologies, and difficult technology topics;
2. Optimizing product trial production to enhance product performance and value;
3. Carry out the application and implementation of scientific research projects;
4. Based on the existing problems of the company’s products, identify the root cause of the problem from the bottom, provide solutions, and solve the problems that cannot be solved by the current product application layer.
Job requirements.
1. Professional knowledge. Master the process knowledge of cold and hot processing and assembly, and design components that are compatible with reasonable processing or assembly processes; Master the characteristics of materials and relevant knowledge of heat treatment, and select materials and heat treatment methods reasonably; Master the knowledge related to interchangeability (tolerance fit, etc.), and choose tolerance fit reasonably; Master various commonly used purchased parts and standard parts, and make reasonable selections;
2. Theoretical knowledge. Master the calculation process of various key components, including but not limited to force calculation, transmission calculation, etc;
3. Product knowledge. Master the working principles of various models of coating/rolling/sorting equipment and the action logic of each part, and understand the situation of competing equipment;
4. Strong communication and expression skills;
