Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Conduct market research on new technological trends and study the technological development trends of related industries both domestically and internationally.
2. Carry out pre research on new technologies and basic theoretical research.
3. Carry out research and development of new products, trial production of new products, and management of research and development projects.
4. Participate in product process management, quality management, standardization management and other related work.
Qualifications for the position.
PhD degree, with priority given to the following research directions.
1. Research on powder metallurgy and hard alloys.
2. First principles based material calculations and simulations.
3. Research on Powder (Ceramic Material) Forming Technology.
4. Research on the modification of material properties by rare earth doping (or rare earth oxides).
5. Research on improving the strength and toughness of powder materials, ceramic materials (brittle materials), and metal materials.
