Job description ：
Duty
1. Complete the collection of technical research topics and output technical solutions;
2. Complete technical research projects or project tasks, inspect and supervise process execution, and analyze data
3. Timely organize the analysis and resolution of technical research and development issues that arise during the experiment, review or write experimental analysis reports
4. Participate in the experimental progress discussion meeting;
5. Complete the preparation of relevant technical research and development documents;
6. Collect, categorize, summarize, and share information on domestic and international technology research and development, industry and technological frontiers, and related materials;
7. Responsible for or participate in the writing and application of patents.
Job requirements
1. Doctoral degree or above, with solid knowledge of precursor and cathode materials, and research experience in related fields;
2. Proficient in using office software;
3. Master relevant R&D quality tools;
4. Has certain communication and expression skills.
