Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Lead team members to conduct experiments in the laboratory, develop reasonable process routes for new products related to thermal conductivity, and be responsible for the pilot and scale-up design work of the developed products.
2. Undertake small-scale, pilot scale, and mass production scaling up work for new products and technological breakthroughs.
3. Responsible for the declaration of new product information and the writing and modification of experimental reports, and accountable for the completeness, accuracy, and authenticity of the information;
4. Collect development information on cutting-edge thermal conductivity technologies at home and abroad, and analyze and summarize to form a special report.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.
Job requirements.
1. Major in polymer materials or related materials.
2. Experience in research and development related to thermal conductivity of polymer materials.
3. Having the ability to independently identify, analyze, and solve problems.
4. Having certain leadership skills, able to lead the R&D team to complete related tasks.
5. The requirement to be able to handle business trips for a certain period of time.
