Job description ：
Duty.
1. Responsible for researching, analyzing, organizing, applying, and summarizing new materials, processes, technologies, and equipment related to the company;
2. Coordinate with the new product development department, provide suggestions on material selection, and collaborate to achieve the process path;
3. Organize and carry out technological innovation activities, summarize and promote effective “four new” technologies, and compile technical specifications;
4. Writing papers and patents, showcasing the company’s technological capabilities through multiple channels, building technological advantages, and creating a protective barrier for the enterprise.
5. Improve process capability, establish enterprise standards for company products and technology, and achieve standardized management of product and technical indicators;
6. Conduct market research to grasp the industry’s development direction, technological differences, and changes in customer needs, and formulate the company’s technological development direction;
Job requirements
1. PhD, majoring in Materials Science;
2. Possess research and development of MIM materials and MIM manufacturing processes.
3. Strong logical thinking, strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and organizational and coordination abilities;
