Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for developing R&D strategic plans in the areas of responsibility based on the company’s strategic direction.
2. Responsible for formulating annual R&D plans and implementation paths in the respective areas of responsibility.
3. Responsible for developing R&D technology control manuals and supervising their implementation and implementation.
4. Responsible for organizing and cultivating R&D teams, developing products that meet customer needs, continuously improving product performance and R&D efficiency, shortening R&D cycles, and reducing product costs.
Job requirements.
1. Full time doctoral degree, with a background in magnetic materials and other professional studies. Those with particularly excellent master’s degree can be relaxed;
2. More than 10 years of experience in magnetic device development, familiar with the characteristics, technical parameters, and simulation principles of magnetic devices, able to propose product development directions and plan reliable technical paths;
3. Strong communication and understanding skills, able to quickly and accurately grasp customer needs and convert them into research and development requirements;
4. Familiar with the process specifications and requirements of magnetic devices, and familiar with the integrated inductor manufacturing process;
5. Strong team leadership and management skills, able to guide the team and continuously improve research and development capabilities;
6. Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility and execution, with a broad international perspective and strong learning ability;
7. Strong logical analysis ability, proficient in applying various R&D software and tools.
