Job description ：
Job Responsibilities
1. New material development. Based on product and project development requirements, develop and synthesize new materials, conduct performance verification and device matching of new materials, and meet product performance requirements; Simultaneously confirm the feasibility of material manufacturing process and mass production, and track it until material mass production;
2. Material specifications. Output mass production material specifications, cooperate with the quality department to determine material incoming quality inspection items and standards;
3. Material problem resolution. Follow up on mass production, collect and solve new material related issues that arise during mass production, and cooperate with material changes;
4. Material scheme selection. Cooperate with the project department to select materials for different products and output material selection schemes;
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, major in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical materials is preferred, familiar with polymers, soft matter materials, biomolecules, metal materials, and those who have conducted research on mechanism failure are preferred;
2. Strong learning ability, proficient in reading English literature and books, strong English proficiency;
3. Proficient in using OFFICE, ORIGIN, And testing related analysis software;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and strong planning ability;
