Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Build an array material development platform. Based on the requirements of OLED new technology for array functionality, decompose relevant technical indicators into material characteristics, standardize characteristic characterization methods, and cooperate with suppliers to develop new materials that meet the needs;
2. Responsible for the analysis and reverse engineering of defects related to array materials in products or samples during the R&D and mass production stages.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above, major in materials science, organic chemistry, polymer science, etc., with good English literature and patent reading ability, able to extract keywords based on practical problems and find relevant literature to assist in work development;
2. Familiar with the structure and characteristic indicators of OLED products, master the principle of TFT devices, familiar with array, OLED process and common defect mechanisms;
3. More than 1 year of experience in organic material development, familiar with the principles and precautions of polymer material performance testing, including component analysis (chromatography, mass spectrometry, FTIR, etc.), mechanical testing (such as universal tensile testing), thermal analysis (TGA, DSC, DMA, etc.), optics (refractive index, transmittance, yellowness, haze, etc.), and analyze the results;
4. Good report writing ability, requiring clear logic and clear prioritization.
