2、 Job requirements.
Educational background. Doctoral degree from the 25th/26th/27th cohort of universities, with a preference for majors in retail, supply chain management, artificial intelligence, and automation analysis;
Leadership Potential. Demonstrate good teamwork spirit, communication and coordination skills, and leadership potential, able to independently solve problems in complex environments;
Industry awareness. Have a deep understanding or strong interest in the retail industry, and are willing to devote themselves to the long-term development of the industry;
Language proficiency. Fluent Chinese communication skills, good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities to support international communication and learning.
