Job description ：
1、 Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the research and development of new projects in the institute, introducing and promoting new technologies, and enhancing the technical strength of the institute;
2. Assist in organizing the implementation of national, provincial, municipal, and industry issued testing standards and specifications within the scope of the research institute;
3. Responsible for improving the abilities of technical personnel in the research institute, implementing technical personnel training and assessment work;
4. Assist in organizing technical exchanges, specialized seminars, and external technical exchange activities of the center;
5. Assist in managing the scientific research projects of the management center, organize the evaluation of scientific research projects in the department, and transform the results.
2、 Job requirements.
1. Familiar with various industry testing standards, with rich experience in satellite and low altitude economy fields;
2. Familiar with various testing equipment and methods, familiar with reliability theory and evaluation system;
3. Having excellent abilities in planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing;
4. Have excellent statistical analysis skills, logical thinking ability, and communication skills.
