Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the development, design, and technical roadmap formulation of lithium metal batteries;
2. Responsible for annual team work planning and goal setting;
3. Responsible for tracking, guiding, and achieving goals in the development of lithium metal batteries;
4. Responsible for conducting external exchanges and technical cooperation;
5. Responsible for daily team management.
Job requirements.
1. PhD priority; Majors related to chemistry, materials, chemical engineering, etc.;
2. Familiar with lithium metal negative electrode modification and related electrolyte development in lithium metal batteries;
3. More than 5 years of experience in developing lithium metal batteries.
