Job description ：
Job requirements.
1. Full time doctoral degree, majoring in materials science, chemistry, electrochemistry, or related fields;
2. Capable of independently undertaking research and development projects, with strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
3. Priority will be given to those with research experience in materials related to lithium batteries, sodium batteries, and solid-state/semi-solid batteries;
4. Has good stress resistance and can endure hardship.
Welfare policy.
1. Doctoral residents can apply for a living allowance of 100000 yuan;
2. Postdoctoral fellows can enjoy an additional government living allowance of no more than 180000 yuan per year during their tenure at the station.
3. The company provides free accommodation and meals (starting from one bedroom and one living room), with large subsidies for car purchases, and technical talents are given priority in enjoying equity incentives.
