Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Leading and promoting technical pre research affairs;
2. Analysis and provision of laser radar technology system solutions;
3. Technical feasibility review, as well as hardware and structural review;
4. Participate in project and R&D problem-solving.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree or above;
2. Skilled in proposing systematic solutions to problems, breaking them down into specific implementation steps and plans, and leading and promoting their implementation;
3. Familiar with technical review, including feasibility, hardware review, and structural review;
4. Skilled in proposing problem ideas and solutions, and involved in promoting projects;
5. Proficient in learning and mastering industry trends and new knowledge, adept at reading Chinese and English patents and papers, and sharing valuable technical points with the company;
6. Proactive in work, good at communication, skilled in team communication, strong independent work ability, and strong learning ability.
