Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the daily operation, talent recruitment, training, assessment, motivation, and retention of the Space Computing Research Center.
2. Lead the team, coordinate internal and external resources, and achieve research, positioning, development, validation, and output of core technologies in the established direction.
3. Lead the team to implement research results and assist in the internal application and transformation of research results.
4. Absorbing industry innovation practices, continuously breaking through innovation bottlenecks, and ensuring that the output of the research institute remains at the forefront of technological development.

Job requirements.
1. Having a doctoral degree in computer science, interaction design, computer graphics, mathematics, and other related fields, with experience in publishing papers in conferences or journals in related fields.
2. More than 8 years of work experience in the MR related industry, with practical experience in digital human technology, gesture recognition, spatial positioning algorithms, IMU algorithms, and other fields, and understanding of industry development trends; Have a strong interest in research and achievement transformation in the field of spatial computing, and am sensitive to new developments in related fields. Able to quickly learn and apply new technologies; There is a successful experience in translating research results from 0 to 1, engineering them, and productizing them.
3. Proficient in computer graphics, parallel computing, 3D modeling, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR) technologies. Master relevant programming languages and tools, such as Unity, C++, etc.
4. Capable of conducting innovative research in the field of spatial computing, designing new interactive systems and experiences. Collaborate with hardware fields such as AR/VR for technology selection and validation; Maintain high sensitivity to new technologies and industry developments, and be able to quickly adapt to technological changes.
5. Ability to lead teams in innovative project research, proficient in teamwork and project management.
