Job description ：
Job responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the development and planning of new fluorinated solvents, developing and implementing various fluorinated product development plans, and preparing research and development project approval reports;
2. Responsible for developing project experimental plans, establishing safety control measures for the experimental process, and organizing experimental implementation;
3. Responsible for controlling the progress of R&D projects, setting project goals and progress plans for different stages, advancing R&D projects according to project plans, and making timely changes to R&D projects based on the completion of goals;
4. Responsible for preparing R&D project budgets, managing R&D project progress, and controlling R&D project costs;
5. Responsible for the preparation or revision of patents, papers, and process package parameters within R&D projects;
6. Responsible for technical communication and technical review of technology research and development contracts;
7. Complete the collection, organization, and compilation of project related materials as required.
Qualifications.
1. Master’s degree or above;
2. Chemistry or chemical engineering related majors;
3. More than 5 years of experience in developing fluorinated products;
4. Strong technical research ability, able to quickly grasp new technology solutions and lead the team to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems;
5. Has certain leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, meticulous work, good communication skills, and a good team spirit;
6. Proficient in English reading and literature patent retrieval skills.
