Job Responsibilities.
As a technical backbone, participate in the planning of power electronics development strategies and the formulation of technical routes. Through breakthroughs in core technologies such as wide bandgap semiconductors, digital control, and high power density integration, Midea’s competitiveness in the field of power electronics power conversion is enhanced;
2. Lead/participate in the preliminary research and technological productization of power electronics technology platforms, and combine with the group’s industrial layout planning in the fields of servo drive, high power density inverters, intelligent energy management, medical imaging power supply, new energy, etc., to communicate with relevant business units, jointly initiate projects, and effectively implement them;
3. Based on customer needs, lead the design, construction, and debugging of the power electronics hardware platform;
4. Explore cutting-edge technologies in the field of power electronics and vigorously promote the industrialization of new technologies.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD or above, major in power electronics/electrical engineering/industrial automation or related fields;
2. More than 5 years of research and development work experience (2 years or more of doctoral work experience);
3. Possess a sense of teamwork, good communication and coordination skills;
4. Familiar with the research and development process of power electronic products, with rich experience in circuit analysis, design, and debugging
5. Familiar with various topologies and controls of AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC converters.
6. Familiar with the principles and related application technologies of power electronic devices, familiar with analog and digital control technologies;
7. Proficient in using power electronics simulation software and hardware design software, such as Matlab, Mathcad, Plecs, Pspice, Cadence/Aluminum, etc.
