Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for research on friction and wear mechanisms and optimization of friction pair wear reduction
2. Responsible for developing wear simulation calculation methods under different lubrication conditions based on commercial software or self-developed software for different friction pairs (shafts/bearings, gear meshing friction, etc.)
Qualifications for the position.
1. Educational requirement. PhD
2. Professional direction. Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Mechanics and other related majors;
3. Work experience. 3 years of doctoral degree/5 years or more of master’s degree in friction and transmission related work experience
4. Related knowledge.
(1) Master the theory, simulation, and testing analysis methods related to friction and wear;
5. Other requirements.
(1) Has good communication and coordination skills.;
(2) Has team spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
(3) Proactive in work and strong ability to handle pressure.
