Job description ：
1. Responsible for the research and application of coating materials for household appliances;
a) Research on organic/inorganic high-temperature resistant and easy to clean coatings, with high temperature and easy to clean, high wear resistance, high hardness, high gloss, etc;
b) Coating treatment techniques for oil fumes, odors, and other odors during the cooking process;
c) Research and application of other new functional coating materials;
2. Material standard formulation and standardization management
3. Participate in the development of material and new technology plans for company products; Collect technical information in the professional field and keep up with the development status of similar products in the market at any time;
4. Support mass production processes and production, and provide professional support from a material perspective in a timely manner to assist in improving problems encountered during production and product development
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD or above in organic polymer materials or inorganic non-metallic materials, with at least 5 years of research experience in coating materials preferred;
2. Familiar with coating formula design, optimization, and processing technology;
3. Priority will be given to those with work experience in well-known material research institutes and companies both domestically and internationally;
4. Proactive, rigorous, and responsible, with excellent communication and expression skills;
5. Familiar with material characterization testing equipment such as FT-IR, TG, DSC, XRD, SEM, etc.
