Job description.
1. Responsible for conducting research in the fields of biotechnology and diseases, assisting the team in completing research on new target systems and related treatment areas, providing project development strategy recommendations, and preparing material summaries and reports, as well as completing topic selection and project approval work;
2. Responsible for timely tracking international progress of approved targets and dynamically adjusting research and development strategies;
3. Timely understand the dynamic development of the industry, track industry dynamic information, and provide suggestions for company decision-making; Analyze and study the strategic layout of the company’s future product line, grasp the development trends of key focus areas, analyze the development trends of these areas, and provide suggestions and plans for the company’s new product research and development projects;
4. Track global innovation drug research and development trends and domestic advanced enterprise research and development trends;
5. Responsible for organizing and archiving new drug research and development information retrieval materials, and assisting R&D personnel in searching for relevant technical information.
Job requirements.
1. Background of the biopharmaceutical industry, including biology, medicine, pharmacy, etc.; Understand the drug development process in the pharmaceutical industry; Relevant experience in biological experiments or research is preferred;
2. More than 2-5 years of work experience, engaged in drug research and development, basic research, drug research and development project research, pharmaceutical information research, and project work are preferred;
3. Good English reading ability, familiar with pharmaceutical databases and information retrieval, with strong abilities in searching, reading, analyzing, and summarizing;
4. Possess strong logical thinking and written expression skills, as well as strong communication and language expression abilities;
