Job description ：
1. Complete the feasibility study, product development, performance evaluation, and data output required for the certification of infection related diagnostic products.
2. Summarize, review and process relevant experimental results, apply for projects, write articles and patents.
3. Continuously track new technologies, methods, and knowledge in genetic diagnosis, and enhance one’s research capabilities to develop and evaluate the performance of nucleic acid diagnostic products.
4. Conduct daily management and quality control of research laboratories, and manage the daily research and development work of the R&D center.
5. Conduct professional training, academic lectures, and other tasks arranged by superiors.
