Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Track and research national policies related to pharmaceutical research, production, and sales industries, form a comprehensive assessment of their impact on the company, and identify major development opportunities and existing risks.
2. Pay attention to macro environment, industry trends, cutting-edge research intelligence information on company pipeline related products, analyze and evaluate key customer and competitor information, key pharmaceutical solutions, and key emerging technologies. Conduct industry research, output insights and conclusions, and provide decision-making basis for the company
3. Analyze and evaluate the external competitive environment, benchmark the pipeline and product information of the target enterprise, and provide reference pipeline design suggestions for the company.
Job requirements.
1. Medical, pharmaceutical, chemical related majors, doctoral degree, or master’s degree with more than 5 years of drug research and development or registration experience, with priority given to those who meet the professional requirements;
2. Have a certain understanding of the market size, competitive landscape, and development trends of the pharmaceutical industry, possess basic professional knowledge of the industry, proficient in monthly English literature, and able to write analysis reports;
3. Comprehensive quality requirements.
① Logical thinking ability. Excellent logical thinking ability, able to clearly and rigorously describe ideas and thoughts;
② Learning ability. Excellent learning adaptability, able to quickly adapt to new fields;
③ Understanding ability. Able to accurately and comprehensively understand and grasp information, and be able to make reasonable inferences and predictions about information;
④ Communication skills. Excellent cross departmental and external communication skills, strong reporting and presentation abilities, able to express viewpoints clearly and accurately;
⑤ Data analysis ability. Able to use data analysis tools and methods to organize and analyze industry data;
⑥ Strategic thinking. Able to think about problems from a macro perspective and provide support for strategic decision-making.
