Job Responsibilities.
1. Technology strategic planning. Responsible for formulating the company’s technology development strategy and roadmap to ensure technological leadership.
2. Cross departmental collaboration. Work closely with various departments to gain a deep understanding of industrial customer needs, develop and implement technical solutions, and promote the commercialization of technological achievements.
3. Team management and construction. Responsible for the formation, cultivation, and management of technical teams, and establishing a technical talent training system.
4. Project management. Coordinate and plan the development progress of technical projects, control project risks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
5. Technological breakthroughs and innovation. Organize research and development teams to overcome key technical challenges, introduce and apply innovative technologies.
6. External technical cooperation. Carry out technical cooperation with external institutions, participate in industry technical exchanges, and enhance the company’s technological brand influence.
7. Intellectual Property Management. Establish an intellectual property management system, organize intellectual property applications, and maintain company assets.
Job requirements.
1. Education and experience. A doctoral degree in a relevant field, with relevant work experience preferred.
2. Technical skills. solid technical skills, deep understanding of TSN, 5G, industrial Internet and other cutting-edge technologies.
3. Planning and management skills. Excellent strategic planning ability, able to lead teams to overcome technical difficulties and complete projects with high quality.
4. Team leadership. Excellent team leadership and communication skills, able to motivate teams and build learning organizations.
5. Forward thinking. sharp insight into industry technology development trends and accurate grasp of technological innovation directions.
6. Business acumen. Good business acumen, able to balance technological development with business goals.
7. English proficiency. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to engage in international technical exchanges.
