Job description ：
Knowledge and skills required for the position
1. Experience in the semiconductor industry or optical industry
2. Good communication skills and team spirit
3. Strictly abide by the 6S rules of the semiconductor industry and comply with safety regulations
4. Optical related equipment/process experience
5. Practical operation or development experience of ion beam, etching, and deposition related equipment
6. Experience in repairing and maintaining mechanical or electronic systems
7. Experience in analytical techniques such as SEM, TEM, EDS, etc
8. Ability to work in high-pressure environments and multi tasking skills
Job responsibilities of demand personnel
1. Responsible for the development of ion beam/reactive ion beam etching processes
2. Responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing, and maintaining ion beam/reactive ion beam systems
3. Responsible for the process integration and development of ion beam/reactive ion beam etching with other systems such as chemical vapor deposition and inductively coupled plasma etching
4. Guide the process and hardware development direction of ion beam/reactive ion beam systems
5. As part of a large project team, collaborate and cooperate with other departments to provide technical solutions for complex engineering problems
6. Utilize one’s professional depth and innovative ability to propose problem-solving strategies from the perspectives of equipment/materials/technology/processes
7. Provide technical guidance and training to other members of the team
