Job description ：
Main responsibilities.
-Design a high-speed VCSEL chip for 100G data communication applications and explore the technical path for implementing 200G in GaAs VCSEL.
-Apply device and epitaxial knowledge to optimize high-speed VCSEL design, in order to achieve high-speed performance and high reliability.
-Conduct characteristic analysis of high-speed data communication VCSEL, including S21, RIN, BER, PAM4, and eye diagram template analysis.
-Participate in the design and manufacturing process to ensure high yield and efficiency in VCSEL production.
Key requirements.
-Have 5 years or more of research and development experience in the VCSEL industry, or have doctoral research experience related to VCSEL.
-Has published academic articles, obtained patents, or made other significant contributions in the field of VCSEL.
-Deeply understand semiconductor manufacturing processes such as photolithography, wet/dry etching, oxidation, ion implantation, and dielectric/metal deposition.
-Proficient in using DC and RF testing equipment and methods for VCSEL characteristic analysis, including RF S parameter testing and eye diagram template testing.
-Experience in using VCSEL modeling software and data analysis tools, such as Python, Excel/JMP, OriginLab, etc.
-Understand wafer manufacturing metrology and device failure analysis techniques.
-Proficient in the planning, design, and evaluation stages of development projects.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective teamwork.
-Hold a doctoral degree in physics, semiconductor, electronic engineering, materials science, or related fields. Encourage recent doctoral graduates to actively apply.
