Job description ：
Job content.
1. Responsible for the design, simulation, and performance optimization of GeSi high-speed photodetectors operating at frequencies greater than 50GHz;
2. Responsible for the principle verification and layout design of silicon optical chips;
3. Collaborate with Foundry to develop silicon optical integrated devices such as GeSi detectors, and understand their design environment and specifications;
4. Assist in developing testing plans for silicon optical chips, guide the processing and analysis of testing data;
Job requirements.
1. Majors in optoelectronics, semiconductors, physical electronics, or related fields, with a doctoral degree and at least three years of work experience. Excellent master’s degrees are also considered;
2. Proficient in using mainstream design software such as Lumerical, SILVACO/Sentinel, ADS, etc;
3. Experience in silicon-based photonic chip fabrication and high-speed silicon optical module chip design and development is preferred;
4. Candidates with experience in germanium silicon detector projects with a speed of over 200Gbps are given priority consideration;
5. Those familiar with the key design points of RX packaging for silicon optical modules (optical, high-frequency) are preferred;
6. Understand various processes of CMOS chip fabrication and be able to follow up on the silicon optical design chip fabrication process;
7. Possess good communication and language expression skills, as well as strong learning and research abilities;
8. Possess proficient English reading and writing skills.
