Job description ：
Main research content.
① Research on how to automatically identify models through software, develop machining processes and techniques for parts;
② Research the method of writing macro programs for equipment;
③ Study how macro programs can be matched with current automated machining systems;
④ Research on how machine tools can read data from three-dimensional measurements and locate and center electrodes and components;
⑤ Research on how to import data from machine tool segmentation into automated machining.
Research project objective.
① Establish a set of on-site automatic layout process methods;
② Establish a set of automated machining processes suitable for on-site processing;
③ Avoiding repeated positioning errors of fixtures;
④ Complete the automated processing of precision mold components;
⑤ Promote paperless mold processing.
Professional requirements.
① Materials Science and Engineering
② Material Forming and Control Engineering;
③ Mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation;
④ Has good teamwork spirit and strong communication and coordination skills; Serious and rigorous work attitude, proactive and positive.
