Job description ：
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the construction of the International Innovation Laboratory for Thermal Technology;
2. Responsible for establishing testing standards and developing testing methods for thermal technology;
3. Carry out data analysis, data application, and collaborative research and development of innovative businesses;
4. Responsible for building a thermal technology testing team and developing the capabilities and training of testing personnel.
Qualifications for the position
1. PhD or above, majoring in engineering thermodynamics, power engineering and engineering thermophysics, energy and power engineering, or related engineering disciplines;
2. Familiar with the trends of new refrigeration and heating technologies, with over 5 years of work experience in the field of refrigeration or heating technology, leading the research and development of refrigeration or heating performance technologies and projects;
3. Strong professional ability in the field of refrigeration, proficient in refrigeration and heating technology, thermodynamics, heat transfer and other professional knowledge, with the ability to communicate with R&D technology;
4. Familiarity with the operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of various testing equipment in the laboratory is preferred.
