Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Establish, optimize, transfer, and validate pilot processes to address process issues in the pilot production process; (Partially purified)
2. Participate in the review of pilot process reports and enlarged literature;
3. Guide the production department to produce and inspect according to the pilot process;
4. Have some team management experience and can independently operate a pilot platform.
5. Proficient in techniques such as microbial cell culture, gene engineering drug expression, and purification processes, with a solid foundation in molecular biology. Familiar with protein engineering, with over 8 years of work experience preferred.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, with 5-10 years of work experience in biological enterprises preferred;
2. Having solid knowledge in biotechnology, fermentation processes, purification processes, and production management;
3. Having work experience in pharmaceutical research and development enterprises and biological enterprises, familiar with drug management laws and purification and cultivation processes is preferred.
