[Job Requirements]
1. Doctoral degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, refrigeration and other related engineering disciplines;
2. More than 5 years of experience in structural development, air conditioning product testing and evaluation, familiar with laboratory equipment operation, calibration, troubleshooting, etc.;
3. Have strong professional abilities in the fields of structure and testing evaluation, proficient in using one or more software such as Solidworks, Pro/E, ANSYS, etc. I have certain project management skills and the ability to communicate with R&D.
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Lead the construction of the International Innovation Laboratory for Structure and Whole Machine;
2. Responsible for establishing testing standards and developing testing methods for both the structure and the entire machine;
3. Carry out data analysis, data application, and collaborative research and development of innovative businesses;
4. Responsible for building the structural and overall testing team, as well as developing and training the capabilities of testing personnel.
