Job Responsibilities.
Responsible for the development of cutting-edge OLED technologies.
1. Think about the possible OLED new technologies (including new functions, materials, processes, etc.) that may be applied in the next 2-3 years, analyze the comprehensive technical performance, cost, market, etc., and establish the development direction.
2. Lead the team in technical development and layout, including sample production verification and patent application.
3. Team management. Based on technical development experience, establish a reasonable organizational structure and job positions to ensure that the team’s technical development is at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Doctoral degree;
2. More than 10 years of experience in developing new technologies;
3. Managed a team of over 20 people;
4. Familiar with new technologies released in the OLED industry in the past 2 years;
